Unit 35 Valley Road, Birkenhead

Unit 35 Valley Road is our biggest job to date, working with Glenbrook investments.

This job was a fully refurbishment from start to finish on a warehouse. We stripped off old cladding and installed new single skin sheets with new roller shutters and new doors and a new glass curtain wall and canopy at the entrance.

Painted all the existing steels, built new jumbo stud wall to segregate warehouse from offices with built in fire corridor to first floor. Supplied and laid a new floor in the warehouse.

We supplied and fitted 2 open plan kitchen areas consisting of integrated fridge freezers, dish washers, cooker taps and an island. Male and female toilets both upstairs and downstairs and a disabled toilet and shower facilities.
