Link Road, Huyton, Liverpool

We started this project in August 2022, this lasted 12 months. This is our latest warehouse refurbishment, a design and build project consisting of splitting the warehouse into 7 self-contained units, each unit with its own entrance and parking.

The internal work started with stripping out all mechanical and electrical to get the warehouse back to a bare shell. We painted all existing steels and built new jumbo stud walls to segregate each unit.

In each of the 7 units we built both a male and female toilet and a disabled toilet. As well as a kitchen.
