External Work

This job was a fully refurbishment from start to finish on a warehouse. We stripped off old cladding and installed new single skin sheets with new roller shutters and new doors.

Here we removed all the old asbestos roof and cladding, installed an insulated composite panel to the roof including skylights.

External Work

Unit 35 Valley Road is our biggest job to date, working with Glenbrook investments.

This job was a fully refurbishment from start to finish on a warehouse. We stripped off old cladding and installed new single skin sheets with new roller shutters and new doors and a new glass curtain wall and canopy at the entrance.

Roof Work

With the roofing on this project, we took off the old roofing panels and installed new roof panels with sky lights.

Internal Work

Painted all the existing steels, built new jumbo stud wall to segregate warehouse from offices with built in fire corridor to first floor. Supplied and laid a new floor in the warehouse.

We built new offices in the warehouse as per the architectural drawings with private meeting rooms, a reception area, a canteen, and locker area.

Kitchen & Bathroom Work

We supplied and fitted 2 open plan kitchen areas consisting of integrated fridge freezers, dish washers, cooker taps and an island. Male and female toilets both upstairs and downstairs and a disabled toilet and shower facilities.

External Work

We started this project in August 2022, this lasted 12 months. This is our latest warehouse refurbishment, a design and build project consisting of splitting the warehouse into 7 self-contained units, each unit with its own entrance and parking.

The internal work started with stripping out all mechanical and electrical to get the warehouse back to a bare shell. We painted all existing steels and built new jumbo stud walls to segregate each unit.
