When Glenbrook moved into their new office from this one, we were then asked to get the office back to when it was when they took the lease. This meant stripping it back to all open plan. Therefore, the office spaces/meeting rooms they had created needed to be taken down and put back to an open plan area.

We had the privilege of being asked to fully refurnish and create a new office space for Glenbrook in the centre of Manchester. A lot of our commercial projects we have completed are for Glenbrook Investments and therefore it was nice to be asked to carry out the work for them.

External Work

The structural engineer did a design on a new steel frame to carry the units for the air conditioning and heating. We supplied and fitted a new steel frame to carry the units.

Office Work

There was two office suites at Albion Court, we fully stripped out all the old partitioning, electrics, ceiling grid and all floor finishings. The job consisted of a full refurb on both floors leaving 1 suite open plan and the other fully furnished. We also in the entrance stripped out all the reception area and created an open plan design with seating facilities.

Bathrooms & Showers

We fully furnished 6 toilet suites, 3 female and 3 males. This consisted of stripping all old tiles off the walls and floor and re do, new toilets, new cubicles and new tiling and new floor finishings. In the basement was an open plan area that we then created new partitioning to a design that the architect had designed and created male and female shower facilities to a very high standard.
