Office Work
There was two office suites at Albion Court, we fully stripped out all the old partitioning, electrics, ceiling grid and all floor finishings. The job consisted of a full refurb on both floors leaving 1 suite open plan and the other fully furnished. We also in the entrance stripped out all the reception area and created an open plan design with seating facilities.

Bathrooms & Showers
We fully furnished 6 toilet suites, 3 female and 3 males. This consisted of stripping all old tiles off the walls and floor and re do, new toilets, new cubicles and new tiling and new floor finishings. In the basement was an open plan area that we then created new partitioning to a design that the architect had designed and created male and female shower facilities to a very high standard.
