External Work

We stripped off old cladding and installed new single skin sheets with new roller shutters and new external fire doors.

This started with the removal of all the old asbestos roof and cladding, installed an insulated composite panel to the roof including skylights.

Internal Work

We divided the area up into six self-contained units to let. All including their own personnel door and roller shutter.

Each individual unit had its own toilet and its own little kitchen area.
